Cared about getting money more than caring for my cat. They had me prepay for the treatment, then they ran out of the only medication that could have cured my cat, and didn’t even tell me! Oh, and I walked in with a dying cat that had been missing in 100 degrees weather for two days without food or water and they made me wait over two hours before they started giving him iv fluids, I watched dogs walk in and then out of the hospital, again on their own four paws, clearly not in an emergency situation, while I am using a dropper trying to hydrate my cat who’s severely dehydrated and slowly dying in the exam room and the veterinarian didn’t even bother to enter the room, they came to get him after two hours of waiting, then brought him back in the room and asked for $2000 up front and said they would need at least two nights of treatment to cure him. I visited him three times in two days and the veterinarian never came in the room, just a technician, who was reassuring me that he was getting treatment and that it was normal for him to appear worse before he gets better. Turns out he was just slowly dying in their facility which is infuriating because they could have gotten him the medication from the other emergency vet in Tallahassee along with the blood for transfusion that he needed and we authorized to give him. Instead they put in his chart that we were ok with euthanasia, but they NEVER once said that word to us or hinted that he was beyond a cure by the time they admitted him. They simply just didn’t medicate him for over 24 hours, the medication is supposed to be given every 8 hours. I got a call in the middle of the night from a new vet that took his case after a shift change and he was kind enough to explain everything to us and told us how he felt that my kitty was beyond saving and that he would go ahead with the euthanasia we authorized. Again I never discussed euthanasia, not one time was putting him down discussed, I was told he was getting treatment and that his worsening symptoms was to be expected! I broke down crying in sadness and frustration at how horrible my cat and i were treated for the entire weekend. The vet that did our intake should lose his license. $3000 for treatment on my cat when he knew that my cat was too sick to heal and that he didn’t even have enough medication for, he should have humanely euthanized the night we came in. To add salt to our wounds, we had the cat cremated and a clay cast of his paw made. Took them over two weeks to get him cremated and then they broke the plaster paw print. I do not recommend Allied Emergency Services. I wish I took my sweet Umi cat to the other clinic in town and then maybe my children and I and my cat would have been spared a weekend of torture.

Came here based on phone message from my vet. The staff here was super nice, not much to be done..I knew my dog wouldn't make it and she passed on the way home. However I just wish it could be more affordable for people to bring their animals...it shouldn't cost almost $700 just for an xray, blood work and assessment...and then if they have to give medication it cost even higher.

We brought our sweet puppy in for an evident blockage. Everyone was so terrific about sharing every necessary step in the process, informing us what was happening even late into the night, and what the options were for treatment and care. Dr. Mathers and Dr. Lamas (!!!) were the best...and all of the support staff were fantastic! We are happy to share that our fur baby came home today, almost back to his old self again! We can't say enough wonderful things about Allied.

Absolutely wonderful service provided to our little baby girl Kirby. We went in with concerns about Kirby damaging her irritated eyes and were met by very friendly front office employee Brittni who got us checked in right away and into a room. Jason P came in within 2 minutes to help us fill out the questionnaire and give us a heads up about what to expect. Kirby was seen by Dr. Kuhar very quickly who spoke with us about the plan to get Kirby back to good health and explain what each part of the treatment would cost. Dr. Kuhar is clearly an Authority in her field and I felt confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan. Jason came back in at the end of our visit to give clarity to the healing process on our end and help us get checked out. Jason even gave us very good advice on how to use eye drops on our little wiggler. I am so happy with this clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs emergency care for their pets!

When we moved to Tallahassee we lost our fospice dog (Midas) vet/medical from the shelter so when Midas had skin issues we took him to Allied. We thought going on Sunday at 10 am (when a lot of people are in church) would be a great idea. We waited for 4 hours😭 only to be told they were so busy they couldn’t do some skin tests on him but we didn’t get an discount for the service. We both feel our dog got short changed in the service because they were understaffed for the day. This is probably a good place for just emergencies but we couldn’t find a vet that was taking new patients or there was a 5-6 week wait.

I cannot say enough about the care that was shown and given to our fur baby Nolea. From the time we walked in until she was discharged everyone was very helpful friendly and so polite. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Fray were amazing and we cannot thank them and the vet techs that took care of her. A big thank you from Nolea and her family? 🐾 …
